There is no fee to submit your concierge enquiry. We will agree the services and costs with you before you commit. An enquiry does not confirm a reservation.

03 — Your Request

Tell us about your stay.

Please include luggage, children’s ages, mobility requirements and any different collection or drop-off locations. If you are booking for someone else, let us know.

Our current vehicles require passengers to transfer into a vehicle seat. We cannot currently transport passengers who remain seated in a wheelchair.

Tell us your priorities, accommodation or dining preferences, and any pickup or drop-off locations. For car rental, say whether you prefer office collection or vehicle delivery. Mention if you are booking for someone else.

05 Practical details

If transport is needed, include suitcase and cabin-bag counts, plus prams, golf bags or other bulky items. This helps us check vehicle suitability.

Include each child’s age and any seat required. We will confirm suitable seat availability.

Describe the practical assistance or mobility equipment needed; no medical history is required. Our current vehicles require passengers to transfer into a vehicle seat. Travel while remaining in a wheelchair is not currently available.

Only needed if you share mobility details (POPIA s26).

There is no fee to submit your concierge enquiry.
